This hotel needs better attention to rooms. Toilets don’t work properly, mattress and pillows are extremely old…Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice, too.

Excelente localização, você consegue ir a pé para os principais pontos turísticos de gramado. Quarto limpo e aconchegante, tem aquecedor e tudo mais. Cafe da manhã excepcional! Adorei a experiência, funcionários muito prestativos, já me hospedei em vários hotéis no Brasil e nunca fui tão bem tratada como na Sky! Vale muito a pena !

Não recomendo! O hotel é bem simples. Fomos abordados na chegada por uma pessoa que nos convenceu a assistir uma apresentação de 30 minutos fora do hotel do sistema GAV que acabou durando 3h00 e ocupando praticamente todo tempo do nosso passeio à cidade. Os travesseiros são péssimos e ainda o hotel cobra uma taxa de estacionamento e outra outra taxa que não estavam descritas na reserva. OS ATENDENTES SÃO EDUCADOS MAS INFELIZMENTE O HOTEL NÃO DEVERIA PERMITIR QUE OS CLIENTES FOSSEM ABORDADOS PARA ESSE TIPO DE SITUAÇÃO FORA DO HOTEL E QUE AINDA SUBMETE OS CLIENTES A UM CONSTRANGIMENTO NO CASO DE NÃO ACEITAREM ENTRAR NESSE SISTEMA APRESENTADO

O quarto estava com poeira no piso e com alguns resíduos de etiquetas coladas no piso do quarto, deixou a desejar. No banheiro somente uma toalha de rosto para duas pessoas. Não aprovei o sabonete 3 em 1 para mãos, rosto e corpo. Pia do banheiro com vazamento e água no piso. Cobertor não consegui usar estava com um aspecto horrível. Quanto ao serviço de jantar impecável Chef incrível com delicias servidas recomendo 100% , café da manhã excelente com variedade múltiplas muito bom. Equipe de funcionários atenciosos. Ar condicionado Bom. Água da torneira e chuveiro Boa. Faltou toca de plástico para proteger a quando somente uma ducha sem lavar a cabeça. Estacionamento com manobrista muito bom.
