Ótimo hotel para família, possui um espaço kids enorme, é pago a parte, mas as crianças adoram. A localização é um pouco longe do centro da cidade, mas o hotel é ótimo.

Grande furada!

Péssimo custo-benefício! Distante do centro, à beira da rodovia. Se não alugar carro precisa chamar táxi ou Uber. O Sky Palace é famoso pelo seu café colonial, por isso o hotel cheira a peixe frito o dia todo…. Café da manhã tumultuado, cheio de opções estranhas e qualidade duvidosa… em um dos dias a salada de frutas estava azeda (passada). Atendimento da recepção mediano. Quarto ruim: colchão mole e deformado, cortina black out que não conseguia cobrir a janela de forma adequada (sendo que a janela era de vidro transparente e o refletor da fachada iluminava o quarto a noite toda), banheiro mal iluminado e mofado, portas encardidas, cheias de marcas de mão. O espelho de corpo do quarto tinha crosta de sujeira - acho que não conhecem limpa-vidros…. Sem contar que em frente ao nosso quarto tinha uma sala de estar, que juntava muita gente conversando e crianças brincando até de madrugada, muito barulho e ecos nos corredores, pois os pisos não tem carpetes pra abafar o som. Não voltaria a me hospedar lá….

Melhorias

Gostamos muito do hotel. A estadia é excelente. Dois pontos para melhorarem: retirem as mesas e cadeiras dos corredores, pois tem gente que dorme mais cedo e tem gente que fica jantando de madrugada e falando alto nos corredores, e a bancada no quarto deveria ser maior pois não tem muito espaço para as malas, além de ter mais um espelho no quarto, pois só tem dentro do banheiro.
