Um excelente hotel bem localizado no centro de gramado. Limpeza ok. O único problema é que a cama que nos oferecerem não foi no padrão do hotel, dormimos mal, colhão horrível. Obs: os atendentes são anti_práticos. Parecem que trabalham infelizes... Precisam melhorar muito no atendimento ao cliente. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

O hotel apesar de ser muito antigo, mantém a história dos seus fundadores mantendo a tradição, funcionários bem uniformizados, uma lareira ao som de piano a noite pra aquecer o corpo e a alma fizeram toda diferença antes de ir dormir.
