Equipe recepção, manobristas e camareiras foram ótimos, quarto ok. Entretanto, pianista foi deselegante e sem cortesia quando meu filho foi falar com ele. Informaram que era um serviço terceirizado, e não podiam fazer nada. Todos devem ser gentis e educados, ainda mais com crianças. Já fomos a gramado inúmeras vezes, pretendemos ir novamente, mas o Serra Azul não será uma opção.

Equipe gentil e prestativa, quarto e todo ambiente do hotel limpo, café da manhã excepcional, piscina extremamente limpa e com toalhas disponíveis, bar, restaurante, tudo muito bom, só faltou o wi fi ser funcional. Como sempre levamos backup não tivemos maiores problemas com a falta de internet. Isso foi pontuado no balcão e foi compartilhado somente em um período do dia o wi fi corporativo do hotel para o trabalho.
