Ficamos em um quarto reformado, com varanda, dois ambientes. Banheiro espaçoso, ótima ducha. Muito confortável e silencioso, voltado para a rua Garibaldi. O ponto alto foi, portanto, o quarto, muito embora a iluminação do lavabo não fosse adequada para esse ambiente. Pouca iluminação. Nas seis diárias, tivemos que solicitar a limpeza por quatro vezes, sempre após chegar para descansar no final da tarde (portanto, sem reposição dos itens de higiene, retirada de lixo, etc). Importante esclarecer que sempre deixamos a sinalização apropriada para indicar a solicitação de limpeza e, por vezes, deixamos solicitação na recepção. O café da manhã é farto, mas nada surpreendente, diferente de todos os hotéis que conhecemos em Gramado. O restaurante estava em reforma o que nos causou certa frustração em razão de não termos tomado conhecimento disso antes da nossa chegada - havia sido um dos itens que nos fizeram optar pelo hotel. O hotel dispõe de manobristas e cobrava diária de R$40,00 no período em que lá estivemos. Provavelmente por ser um hotel grande, muitas vezes é demorado entregar e receber o veículo - entrada estreita, algumas vagas localizadas fora do hotel. Hotel muito bem localizado, no ponto central da cidade, favorecendo o deslocamento a pé pelo centro, situação cada vez mais conveniente em uma cidade com crescente volume de veículos.

O hotel está sendo reformado e está mantendo sua essência acolhedora e aconchegante. Os funcionários são bastante solícitos. Tivemos um problema com a porta do banheiro que não fechava e, assim que informamos o problema, ele foi resolvido na sequência. Destaco também as noites de música ao vivo no piano conduzidas pelo Tiago Biazus que ocorrem na sala da lareira. Melhor forma para finalizar a noite em Gramado! De ponto de melhoria, apenas destaco para terem mais cuidado no serviço de manobrista, pois identifiquei alguns arranhões que não estavam no meu carro quando o deixei na garagem do hotel. Já é nosso hotel favorito em Gramado! (Nos hospedamos mais de 3 vezes por lá em diferentes anos)
