Chuveiro gelado no frio de 4 graus é vaso entupido

Tivemos problemas com o serviço fornecido. Pagamos 100 reais a mais para ficar em um quarto com banheiro privativo e o mesmo não funcionou em nenhum momento da estadia. Tomamos banho gelado em um frio de 4 graus em Gramado pois ele simplesmente não esquentava, Além do sanitário estar com um cheiro de esgoto terrível e entupido!

Não recomendo. Quartos frios e o sistema de aquecimento não é suficiente para dias mais frios. Vai passar frio se for no inverno. Uma estadia num lugar frio a primeira coisa que se espera é que tenha algum conforto término mínimo.

Alugamos 2 quartos . Fomos muito bem atendidos .A localização é otima. Fomos bem recepcionados . O cafe da manhã com tudo que precisávamos e muito boa a torta fia e a torta de limão.Área de lazer da frente ótima..só colocaria uma fogueirinha no centro dos bancos Foram carinhosos com meu cachorro idoso. Aliás, preciso parabenizar quanto a estadia com animais de estimação que poucos aceitam!

Muito ruim e nao votaria

Fizemos uma reserva e ao chegar no quarto nao tinha ar condicionado,em baixo da cama estava sujo,banheiro pessimo,tomada para uso so tinha para o ventilador e tv,as toalhas de banho estavam com mau cheiro,roupas de cama tbm ruim. Conversei com a recepcionista ela foi bem solicita a minha queixa e nos reacomodaram para outra pousada porem tiver que pagar um valor a mais nessa outra pousada considero o ambiente bem melhor.

uma estadia de boa qualidade

A pousada é bem localizada, de frente pra entrada do lago, a suite é bem novinha e o atendimento pelos funcionarios é agradavel e prestativo. Porém não tem frigobar e o chuveiro era elétrico com o encanamento de aquecimento a gás, ou seja, até a agua quente chegar demora uma vida.
