Pontos positivos: - Boa localização, a poucos minutos de caminhada das principais lojas do centro - Cama confortável - Bom café da manhã. Sem tanta variedade, mas com qualidade. - Atendimento muito simpático e prestativo - Garagem com bom espaço para manobrar. Pontos negativos: - Limpeza deixa a desejar. Encontramos cabelos no banheiro, mofo no quarto e poeira em duas xícaras que estavam no quarto. - O quarto não isola bem o barulho do quarto ao lado. - Ar condicionado demora a esquentar. Me hospedei em um dia que estava perto de 0° e passamos frio à noite, pois os cobertores não são grossos o suficiente.

Excelente pousada. Nova, moderna, ótimas instalações, quarto pequeno mas muito confortável e bem decorado, estacionamento gratuito, bem no centro de Gramado e o melhor café da manhã, muita variedade e tudo muito gostoso. Voltarei com certeza.
