Hotel muito aconchegante, limpo, climatizado e com excelente café da manhã. Equipe muito atenciosa, competente e dedicada. Localizado bem próximo ao mercado Rissul e avenida principal de Gramado, se estiver disposto a caminhar, fica a uns 10min da rua Coberta. Muito bom. Já tínhamos ficado no Centro na outra unidade e o padrão se mantém. Parabéns a família Monte Felice. Nós vemos logo logo!!!

5) 😀 O que gostou: Localização e Charme: Região linda, muito arborizada e silenciosa, mas perto o suficiente da Av. Borges de Medeiros para ir a pé. O hotel parece um castelinho moderno e a recepção é ótima (com lareira, fogueira externa e café/chá 24h). Quarto Climatizado: Muito confortável, com aquecedores a gás eficientes (quarto e banheiro) e água quente imediata nas torneiras e chuveiro. Restaurante nota 10: Excelente custo-benefício! Pratos muito mais baratos do que na cidade (o risoto com porção extra de filé serviu o casal fartamente por R$ 90). Estacionamento: Muito bom, com ótimas vagas cobertas na parte superior. 🙁 O que não gostou: Cama desconfortável: A cama de casal era, na verdade, duas camas de solteiro juntas. Ficou um buraco incômodo no meio que causou dores nas costas logo no primeiro dia. Café da manhã fraco: Bem inferior às fotos do site. Pouca variedade, bolos secos, pão de queijo com textura de isopor e sem opção de bacon.
