Apartamento Amplo e limpo!

Gostei do apartamento, bem espaçoso, todas peças são amplas, bem limpo! Só um porém, faltam taças de espumante, vinho e copo de cerveja, uma torradeira tb faz falta e chaleira elétrica! Precisa de uma manutenção geral no prédio e nas janelas do apartamento, pq não fecham!

PESSIMA, NAO VOLTO MAIS

Péssima, desde que chegamos, nossa senha não abria o apto e o atendimento do hotel péssimo dizia que teria alguém para nos receber no residencial, nenhum suporte, ma educação e grosseria da recepcionista do hotel Aline, pq tudo tinha que se deslocar ate o hotel Bavaria e outros hospedes com os mesmo problemas, se não fosse a camareira Leonir nos ajudar, não sei o que seria, desde as 11hs da manha esperando na garagem para entrar, pois pedi para entra mais cedo o que não foi possível e nem depois no nosso horário conseguíamos ,fomos entrar as 17:30 hs com a senha da camareira abrindo para nós e depois ficamos presos , pois se saísse ,não tinha senha para entrar, pois foi a única que fez algo por nos , depois de algumas horas me passaram um senha que funcionou, mas o transtorno ja estava instalado .

Pior estádia em Gramado.

Ficamos ano apartamento 105 que após uma chuva alagou, temos vídeos do local, você pisava e água saia de baixo do laminado. Fomos ao hotel master pedimos para trocar de quarto o qual fomos para o 206, com.dois quartos porém um quarto cheio de mofo as cobertas com cheiro de mofo, fomos na sala e escorria água pelas paredes o que veio alagar a sala também. Infelizmente tivemos uma das piores estadias em Gramado, sem contar a sujeira tinha ovo de barata nós pratos.

Área externa deixou a desejar. Lugar escuro sem iluminação e pintura em pessimo estado. Dentro do AP não tenho o que reclamar. Estava limpo, organizado, roupa de cama cheirosa e bem arrumadinho. O que mais me decepcionou é que em nenhum momento da minha reserva (pelo hotel.com) foi explicado que eu teria que pegar a chave do AP em outro endereço. Ficamos perdidos até descobrir isso. E ninguém atendia nos telefones do site para dar informação.
