Love the bed well made and clean and comfortable after walk around the city best bed ever . Clean is the best thing and the shower is really good hot water exactly what the travelers looking for after cold day walk in the city of Gramado . Good staff.

Great staff and breakfast. The only change I would do is to remove the lamp above the twin bed in the double room. I’ve bumped my head in the lamp twice because it does not belong in there.

Estadia ok. Já fui antes a Gramado, mas a 1ª vez nesse hotel. Pelo valor cobrado, esperava mais. O café da manhã é ok (tem variedade mas não muito saboroso, o café em si é aguado), o quarto é espaçoso, mas a limpeza deixou a desejar (o chão estava sujo sempre, as toalhas encardidas), mesmo pedindo diretamente à camareira para melhorar, nada mudou. O quarto tem péssima vedação de ruído e iluminação. Mesmo de madrugada, muito claro ficou, o passei 1 semana sem dormir direito, tive que rodar a cidade atras de um tapa-olhos devido à claridade. O blackout era curto e não fechava a janela toda e do lado de fora tinha lâmpadas espalhadas de decoração do hotel bem na janela, o que piorava tudo. Outros detalhes: o secador de cabelo é potente, mas grudado na parede o que limita a movimentação; toalhas finas e encardidas; travesseiros finíssimos; Estacionamento é cobrado. Não ficaria no hotel novamente.

Para nós, o melhor hotel da cidade. Fica em uma rua tranquila, mas extremamente central (paralela à Borges de Medeiros), tem um padrão elevado em termos de acomodação e atendimento, e uma limpeza impecável. São excelentes em tudo.
