4 dias de estadia a passeio e não tenho do que reclamar. Quantro amplo, bem limpo e com janelas para arejar. Banheiro limpo e chuveiro a gás. Atendentes muito cordiais e sempre prestativos. Café da manhã com mais de 70 itens e bem servido. Ótima localização. A 15min a pé do Centro. Volto com certeza.

Boa estadia. Café da manhã estilo colonial, com muita opção. Na minha opinião um dos melhores cafés da região de Gramado e Canela. Profissionais bem treinados, solícitos e cordiais. Equipe excelente. Os hotéis da rede Sky, principalmente o hotel matriz, precisa melhorar a sua estrutura, uma reforma. Tudo muito limpo, desde a estrutura do quarto à roupa de cama, mas com aspecto velho. Ficamos nesse mesmo hotel a 10 anos atrás e ele está bem diferente. Já nos hospedamos em várias unidades da rede e são bons hotéis.
