The staff was very helpful - they helped me check in significantly earlier than the scheduled time which helped very much after an overnight bus ride. The hotel is quaint and charming, the breakfast good and plentiful and the shower powerful and hot! My only critique was that the WiFi did not reach my room so I had to go to a specific part of the hotel to be able to work.

Minha experiência foi simplesmente excelente! O hotel superou todas as expectativas. O quarto era muito confortável, espaçoso, extremamente limpo e muito bem organizado, transmitindo uma sensação de cuidado em cada detalhe. A equipe de funcionários merece um destaque especial: todos foram muito educados, prestativos e atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar com simpatia e profissionalismo, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. O café da manhã foi impecável, com grande variedade de opções, produtos frescos e de ótima qualidade. Tudo muito saboroso e constantemente reposto. O estacionamento também foi um diferencial, oferecendo praticidade, segurança e facilidade de acesso. A localização é excelente e o ambiente do hotel é muito acolhedor. Não encontrei nenhum ponto negativo durante a hospedagem.
