Salientar o excelente atendimento do funcionĂĄrio FĂĄbio na recepção, super atencioso e cordial. Como pontos negativos, pagar estacionamento para o carro ficar de frente com o hotel (rua) e uma pena que permitiram a propaganda da empresa GAV no hall de entrada. VocĂȘ mal se hospeda e jĂĄ Ă© abordado por alguĂ©m. Isso se torna muito chato e cansativo.

Em razão da grande diversidade de hotéis em Gramado e da qualidade da limpeza geral e do quarto que fiquei, não me hospedaria novamente! Ah, aqui no Hotéis.com apareceu um valor que eu pagaria de taxas ao hotel, porém lå me cobraram valor superior!
