Somente agua no frigobar. Falta de coisas basicas no banheiro,como touca plastica, escovinha reserva e pasta de dente. Mais o principal. Boa, porém, tivemos que enfrentar fila no café, aguardando disponibilidade de mesas, não tem disponível sabonete, só um shampoo que eles colocam como sabonete corporal tb. Não tinha cobertor/edredom, como não levamos tinha que dormir com roupa de frio porque no quarto só tinha um lençol. Fomos abordados por um rapaz falando sobre ganhar um jantar e etc, só precisava conhecer uma empresa que vendia imóveis, nos levaram para um estacionamento escondido dizendo que teríamos que atravessar a rua a pé porque não podiam mais captar clientes dessa forma, chegando lá as pessoas nos tratam como se fôssemos obrigados a aceitar tudo, nem quis continuar foi péssimo, levantei e saí. Quando vi nas avaliações do Google muitas pessoas passaram pelo mesmo constrangimento. O hotel tem tudo para ser bom, localização, ambiente, mas deixa muito a desejar e faz com que não sintamos vontade de voltar a se hospedar por lá.

Fui ao hotel com a intenção de viver uma experiência típica da serra gaúcha. Mas infelizmente o que encontramos foi um hotel com estrutura sucateada, que cheira mal, desde a recepção até os quartos. Isolamento acústico nos quartos é inexistente. Sim, vc escuta a pessoa do quarto ao lado no banheiro. No corredor se ouve tudo. Quarto é apertado, com roupas de cama velhas. No café da manha, a primeira vista parece com bastante variedade, mas na verdade comidas salgadas são escassaz, os os doces não são bons. Louça mal lavada. E de brinde vc paga 30 reais + 10% pra pararem seu carro na rua. Nunca mais volto, e recomendo que vc não passe por essa frustrante experiência.
