I loved that I was like 3 minutes walking away from the centrum but the location and the construction of the hotel is like you are staying far in the montains.It was my first time in Gramado.I was there for Festuris.But will return and this time with my family and will stay again at Hotel Recanto da Serra

Hotel incrivelmente lindo e completo, todos os funcionários foram muito receptivos, o café é muito gostoso, apenas sentimos falta de mais salgados e opções de streamings na TV. gostariamos de fazer um grande elogio a equipe de limpeza, que mesmo sem pedirmos organizou o nosso quarto e até dobrou nossas roupas. Excelente estadia, café da manhã farto, espaços aconchegantes e bem cuidados. Excelente atendimento de toda equipe. Restaurante de qualidade, estavam deliciosas todas as refeiçôes. Localização próxima da rodoviária, mas o caminho para pedestres no entorno não é muito acessivel, falta calçada em alguns trechos e há subidas e descidas em outras partes. Quarto também muito confortável, com tomadas dos dois lados da cama, boa iluminação, suportes para pendurar casacos e bolsas, espaço satisfatório para as malas, haviam copos descartáveis no quarto. Senti falta apenas de uma mesinha com duas cadeiras para fazer refeições no quarto e a pia do banheiro é bem pequena.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Gramado. O hotel fica próximo de vários locais de interesse: Hard Rock, Cara de Mau, Rua Torta e a Avenida Borges de Medeiros. Sendo possível fazer passeios a pé, o que em Gramado é muit bom nos períodos de alta temporada. Ficamos no quarto Standard e foi excelente, limpeza muito boa. Hotel possui piscina e foi uma excelente opção para os dias de calor. Café da manhã excepcional, boa caridade e tudo muito bom. Possui um restaurante no próprio hotel, mas não chegamos a utilizar. Recomendo o serviço de SPA que o hotel disponibiliza como opção paga, atendimento excelente.

O hotel é enorme e tem uma baita estrutura. A recepção foi eficiente e gentil, mas principalmente no check-out, achei o atendimento meio frio e impessoal. Fiz um pedido aqui para ter duas camas de solteiro em meu quarto (eles dão essa opção) e quando cheguei era de casal, como a viagem foi corrida (somente duas noites nesse hotel) acabei não comentando nada com a recepção e deixei por isso mesmo, mas já é um ponto negativo. O quarto em que fiquei (número 02) era ok, porém já apresenta sinais de desgaste e principalmente o banheiro não era legal: apertado e datado, bancada da pia pequena e cheiro ruim de esgoto que vinha do ralo, ducha higiênica ruim (sem pressão, válvula estragada, só funcionava abrindo o registro). Mas o pior de tudo era o ar condicionado que é daquele tipo mais antigo que era muito barulhento. Além disso, havia muuuitos pernilongos. O café da manhã tem muita variedade, mas infelizmente os ingredientes não são da melhor qualidade. A salada de frutas por exemplo estava com gosto de estragada. Sucos artificiais, pouca variedade de frutas, ovos mexidos com algumas cascas, frios simples etc. Havia uma quantidade enorme de pães e bolos, mas para quem não pode comer glúten, a opção fica restrita a pão de queijo e duas opções sem glúten (um pão e um bolo) que é necessário pedir para as atendentes. É muito bom ter a piscina aquecida interna e hidromassagem (muito velhas por sinal), porém, no dia que usei, não havia limpeza constante nessa área e ela estava imunda.
