Esse Hotel é nota 10, quarto excelente. Ótima vedação acústica, banheiro muito bom, água quente, pressão do chuveiro excelente. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e prestativos. Deixaram eu entrar para o quarto antes do horário de chekin. No último dia, deixaram eu começar a tomar o café da manhã 10 minutos antes do horário previsto. Os quartos são muito limpos e cheirosos, assim como todo o prédio. O café da manhã é excelente. Só tenho elogios a fazer!

Sempre que vou a Gramado me hospedo no Hotel Kaster, os quartos são espaçosos e limpos, o hotel é muito bem localizado, e o café da manhã é espetacular.. Há uma variedade muito grande de bolos e doces, o diferencial são as salgadinhos quentes, que são feitos na hora e a torta bannoffe, que é um espetáculo.! Definitivamente recomendo este hotel.
