O hotel tem uma localização excelente, próximo de tudo, café da manhã excelente, cama super confortável, funcionários solícitos, atenciosos e simpáticos, único inconveniente é essa “moda” de oferecer ingressos, promoções, brindes dentro do hotel, Gramado está ficando chata, não dá para andar na rua sem ser abordado por alguém oferecendo alguma coisa.

O hotel é excelente e e os atendentes muito solícitos e simpáticos. O quarto é limpo e bem confortável! Thiago da recepção é extremamente simpático e gentil. Além disso existe um restaurante que funciona até às 23 horas que além de facilitar bastante tem um preço justo e uma comida de qualidade além de excelentes garços. Sem falar da localização que é perfeita!
