Good valeu for money

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel . Very good location, ideal to go with kids. Our daughter loved the play area and swimming pool. Staff was very friendly too A bit disappointed with the dinner at the hotel restaurant and having to leave the car keys at the reception.

No momento do check-in eu perguntei ao atendente se o quarto era silencioso e ele disse que sim, porém ao chegar no quarto tinha um barulho insuportável, como se fosse uma estaca batendo no chão, dentro da minha cabeça, reclamei por DUAS vezes na recepção e disseram que verificariam no quarto acima e me retornariam, não retornaram. No dia seguinte o barulho continuou e somente na TERCEIRA reclamação resolveram dizer a verdade e me contaram que estávamos acima da loja da NBA onde as pessoas ficam fazendo cestas de basquete para ganhar prêmios. Nos ofereceram trocar de quarto, mas não contaram a verdade sobre o barulho, deixaram nós nos acomodarmos e acreditarmos que era momentâneo. O Café da manhã é razoável, nada de diferente e um omelete só eh servido se pago. O ideal é escolher um hotel que não seja de rede, pois há funcionários prontos para abordá-los a todo momento com um “já ganhou o seu brinde hoje”? E tudo não passa de uma manobra para que você perca uma manhã/tarde para que eles te convençam a ser “sócio” como “proprietário” ou “hóspede”. Me abordaram, eu perguntei diversas vezes se era sobre o “clube” e a funcionária negou! Depois de vários minutos falando, ela fez a pergunta “você quer sócio como hóspede ou proprietário?” E ainda achou ruim quando eu disse que estava perdendo o meu tempo, pois eu já tinha perguntado se era sobre isso e ela disse que não. Conclusão: sinceridade não foi o forte na minha estadia.

Ambiente muito limpo, café da manhã delicioso e excelente localização. Como pontos de melhoria, sugiro investir em travesseiros mais confortáveis, pois os disponíveis não proporcionaram uma boa experiência de descanso. Além disso, a abordagem para venda de cotas imobiliárias poderia ser mais discreta. Durante as três diárias, fomos abordados diariamente dentro do hotel, o que acabou sendo um pouco inconveniente.

Incomodou o estado do banheiro: 2 azulejos trincados no box, porta avariada pela umidade, ducha higiênica com mau funcionamento (molhava tiro o banheiro quando abria o registro). Já fui várias vezes ao lagheto Pedras altas, é um hortel muito bem localizado, ele tem uma ótima estrutura, tive um único problema, que foi em relação ao colchão do quarto que foi logo resolvido, observei que os colchões já estão um pouco antigos e precisam ser trocados, mas o restante foi perfeito.
