Café da manhã na maioria dos dias com itens requentados, ar-condicionado e ventilador quebrados, cheiro de mofo nos corredores, atendimento na recepção deixou a desejar, não fomos acolhidos, o rapaz se preocupou em falar sobre taxas e o que aí da tínhamos que pagar, quase foi muito indelicado ao falar sobre as vagas rotativas do hotel. A maioria dos colaboradores não são simpáticos, nem ao menos bom dia eles falam. Minha experiência nesse hotel foi ruim, não retornarei e não recomendo a ninguém.

Ótimo quarto e café da manhã. Pontos que podem ser melhorados: Choque térmico da piscina coberta até os quartos e o fechamento da piscina sem aviso prévio de 24h, estávamos planejando usufruir da piscina no dia 20/11 antes de nossa saída do hotel, fomos surpreendidos com um pequeno aviso enquanto estávamos à caminho, já vestidos. Acabamos adiantando nosso check out devido à manutenção.

Quarto amplo, com aquecedor e muitas cobertas disponíveis. O café da manhã tinha muitas opções doce e salgada e contava sempre com a atenção maravilhosa de uma moça que fazia a reposição dos itens. Deixou a desejar na limpeza do quarto, fiquei 6 dias e não limparam o chão, só arrumavam a cama. Outra coisa chata era a empresa oferecendo brinde do golpe das cotas logo na saída do café.

O café da manhã é excelente, com um atendimento diferenciado da funcionária Tatiana. O hotel só precisa de um olhar de cuidado. Algumas paredes descascando, necessitando de pintura e os carpetes dos corredores alguns manchados, o que traz um aspecto que incomoda.

Adorei o hotel, boa localização, quarto amplo, completo com cozinha, silencioso, cama king e uma de solteiro, colchoes bons demais, ótima ducha, apenas duas queixas, precisa dedetizar, o quarto tinha muitas baratinhas e o microondas nao funcionava, pedimos para trocar o aparelho e nada foi feito, mas nao foi um problema, pois tentamos utilizar apenas uma vez. Piscina aquecida e banheira de hidromassagem muito boas, restaurante bacana, com bastante fartura, sala com brinquedo para crianças menores e sala de jogos para maiores. Voltaria com certeza.

Equipe boa, quarto limpo. Café bom O hotel deveria informar se a acomodação for no bloco B, não tem acessibilidade para idosos tomar o café da amanhã. A cobrança dos valores na entrada é de fato deselegante. O valor da taxa cobrada na entrada não é informa antes quando fechamos. Sugere que a taxa que o aplicativo cobra do hotel é repassada para nós. Deveria ser feita a manutenção nas luminárias dos quartos. Quase que nos acidentamos no banheiro após a proteção de vidro ter caído no banheiro. Tivemos sorte!
