Hotel é bom, apesar de cobrar o estacionamento e não ter serviço de valeta, o hóspede que estaciona o carro. Na segunda torre ficamos 3 dos 4 dias de hospedagem sem elevador. Na sala de jogos a mesa de sinuca não tinha giz, elemento fundamental para o jogo. Falta um serviço de bar na piscina.

A única coisa que ressaltaria era a água da jacuzzi. No sabá do quando cheguei esta ótima, limpa… já no domingo estava com cheiro, água sebosa fiquei pouco tempo e retornei para piscina. Sei que havia vários hóspedes, mas me preocupou com a contaminação. Outro ponto é a brinquedoteca, não havia brinquedos suficientes, ela basicamente brincou no escorregador e na cabana, precisei subir e buscar brinquedos para ela compor a brincadeira dela. No mais adoramos a estadia. A menina que atende no café da manhã super simpática e atenciosa, assim como os dois meninos também super gentis.

Fiquei frustrada com a estrutura no geral. Tínha um upgrade pelo rewards onde ao chegar no estabelecimento me foi dado um apartamento com sacada para a rua e tinha cadeira de plástico. Nunca vi um upgrade desse. Quarto velho e para quem tem alergia não indico. Esse hotel está longe de oferecer pela categoria que é descrita.

Boa opção de custo/benefício.

Não é a primeira vez que ficamos neste hotel e, sem sombra de dúvidas, o principal ponto positivo é o tamanho do quarto, muito espaçoso. Nessa vez ficamos em um quarto que inclusive tinha sacada (apesar de não termos usufruído). O café da manhã é adequado para o padrão Gramado, porém nessa última estadia achamos que haviam menos opções em comparação à estadia anterior. Há uma brinquedoteca e piscina bem legais, mas para chegar até esses locais tem que ser feito um caminho relativamente grande no subsolo do hotel, inclusive com jogos de escadas no trajeto (o que, para quem tem crianças não é tão prático). Mesmo com esses pontos, o saldo é positivo e certamente retornaremos.

Minha pior experiência em Gramado

Hotel simples, sujo, com coisas penduradas pelas paredes. Teia de aranha, cartazes, parece um prédio de escola pública. Foi a minha pior experiência em Gramado. É o barato que sai caro. No café da manhã, as 8h da manhã parecia final de festa. Tudo sujo e o pessoa da reposição colocando comida dentro das bandejas sujas. Eu nem tomei o café pq fiquei com nojo.
