Hotel super agradavel, pessoas simpáticas e cafe da manhã delicioso. O quarto era super amplo. Se eu fosse pontuar pontos de melhoria seria o chuveiro que demora pra esquentar... mas demora muito! Eu so tomava banho morno pq não esperava ficar quente. E a acústica que nao é das melhores. Dava pra escutar o entra e sai dos outros quartos.

Equipe sensacional! Café da manhã farto, as meninas são maravilhosas. Quarto confortável, limpo diariamente. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas. A recepção é um presente a parte. Hotel um pouco afastado do Centro de Gramado, mas dá para fazer tudo de Uber com preço em conta… Próximo às fábricas de chocolate da Prawner, Chocolateria Gramadrense e outros. Com supermercado, farmácia próximos. Café da manhã excelente… fomos bem atendidos pela Rosi, Luciana e Isabel, sempre solicitas com nossos pedidos no café da manhã…atendimento 10. Tb o pessoal da recepção e as camareiras. Nosso quarto tinha uma banheira, cama confortável e quarto aconchegante. Achei o hotel bom para quem está em casal (bem romântico) e em família. Possuem bicicletas gratuitas para passeio na localidade. Vale a pena se hospedar.

Funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos. Todos os dias quando voltávamos dos passeios, o quarto estava limpo e arrumado. O hotel está localizado em uma rua tranquila, perto da Avenida das Hortênsias, com fácil acesso ao centro de Gramado. Próximo a restaurantes, farmácia, supermercado e padaria. Meu filho de 7 anos amou jogar bola no campo de futebol e também ping pong.
