Equipe de funcionários valeu a estadia, porém preciso alertar que quando fiz a reserva não fui informada que haviam duas recepções do hotel. Ao chegar lá, fui informada que minha reserva era o prédio "de trás", o que não correspondia às fotos e era bem mais simples. As roupas de cama e o banheiro estavam limpos. Porém, achei janelas e cortinas sujas. Café da manhã bom e com bastante opções.

O hotel já deve ter sido bom no passado, talvez esteja mais para Galo Velho no presente. A equipe é prestativa, porém o hotel não tem nem chave magnética, você ainda precisa entregar a chave física na portaria na hora de sair e pegar na hora que volta. O quarto é velho, as roupas de cama estavam com manchas de sangue (edredons), bem velho mesmo. A equipe é atenciosa e o café da manhã é bom (não ótimo), é o que salva de ser muito ruim.

Você tem que esperar na fila para tomar café. Hotel não tem capacidade para maioria hóspedes. Chuveiro várias vezes ficou com água fria. E tivemos uma queda de luz durante estadia.

Funcionários impecáveis em termos de atenção, mas só isso. Mas o hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente - faltou luz, faltou água quente, o ar condicionado não funcionava, banheiro antigo e na hora do café precisaram montar uma lista de espera porque o salão não acomodava a quantidade de hóspedes. Infelizmente não considero voltar lá.
