Hotel bem localizado com staff extremamente atencioso. Fiquei no quarto 410. O negativo da estadia foi: (1) a porta não trancava. Ainda bem que descobrimos no 2o dia; (2) em 3 dias de estadia não conseguimos que o cofre funcionasse; (3) a TV ficava fora do ar grande parte do tempo

O hotel é maravilhoso. Bom custo x benefício, próximo ao centrinho, equipe sempre muito disposta e educada. O Wi-Fi funciona perfeitamente bem (precisamos para trabalhar), possuem transformador de tomada 220v - 110v (o que ajudou bastante) e o café da manhã é farto (além deles terem oferecido tomarmos café bem antes do horário, por volta das 5h40, para que pudéssemos fazer o passeio da Maria fumaça já alimentados 🥰). O hotel conta com uma mini copa com geladeira, microondas, filtro de água, um mercadinho com snacks, o que facilita muito principalmente para mamães. Recebemos mimos no checkin e no checkout ♥️

O café da manhã organizado pela Dona Ana e equipe merece destaque, além da simpatia e cordialidade dos demais funcionários do hotel. Atendimento muito simpático de todos os colaboradores. O hotel possui estacionamento sem custo. O apartamento é pequeno, mas muito limpo e para uma estadia rápida funciona muito bem. Excelente banho, ducha com pressão. Café da manhã nos finais de semana servido até 11h. Gostamos muito!

Foi tudo excelente, o serviço e a simpatia dos funcionários, seja na recepção, no restaurante, ou nos corredores, foi incrível.
