We truly loved everything about our stay at Fioreze Family Hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to all the main spots in the city. We were traveling as a family of four—my wife, our two kids, and I—and this was the only hotel we found (even compared to big names like Marriott in São Paulo) that offered a room with a queen bed plus two twin beds, all in the same space. That made a huge difference for us. The amenities were excellent across the board. But what really stood out—and made the experience unforgettable—was the incredible hospitality of the entire staff, from the valet team to housekeeping. I highly recommend Fioreze and will absolutely be returning.

This hotel was FANTASTIC! I have stayed in nice hotels all over the world, this is one of the best! The service was amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were impressed by every detail. The Breakfast is AMAZING! Not just the quantity of choices, but the quality of what was offered. Super easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. You can rent a car and drive there if you have the courage. We drove and parked the car at the very reasonably priced valet parking and just took a ride sharing option to wherever we wanted to go. This hotel is right downtown, exactly where you want to be in Gramado. I would recommend the Hotel Fioreze Centro to anyone who would listen. You will not be disappointed.

Hotel bem localizado, com saída de pedestre para a rua principal. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Hotel fica em uma localização super privilegiada, com acesso a duas ruas, café da manhã espetacular, funcionários super prestativos, cordiais e solícitos. Talvez possa ser o tipo do quarto que escolhi, mas ele é pequeno para acomodar 3 pessoas, tem pouca incidência de luz, visto que era próximo do prédio ao lado com isso não se sentimos à vontade de abrir as cortinas, acústica do quarto é ruim, escutava tudo dos outros quartos, chuveiro quando chegamos não esquentava, prontamente corrigiram, mas a pressão não foi aquela tipo (de hotel), fomos recebidos com um chá da tarde, no outro dia teve degustação de queijos e espumante. O serviço deles é espetacular. Mas o quarto precisa melhorar para complementar ao restante.
