This hotel was FANTASTIC! I have stayed in nice hotels all over the world, this is one of the best! The service was amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were impressed by every detail. The Breakfast is AMAZING! Not just the quantity of choices, but the quality of what was offered. Super easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. You can rent a car and drive there if you have the courage. We drove and parked the car at the very reasonably priced valet parking and just took a ride sharing option to wherever we wanted to go. This hotel is right downtown, exactly where you want to be in Gramado. I would recommend the Hotel Fioreze Centro to anyone who would listen. You will not be disappointed.

We truly loved everything about our stay at Fioreze Family Hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to all the main spots in the city. We were traveling as a family of four—my wife, our two kids, and I—and this was the only hotel we found (even compared to big names like Marriott in São Paulo) that offered a room with a queen bed plus two twin beds, all in the same space. That made a huge difference for us. The amenities were excellent across the board. But what really stood out—and made the experience unforgettable—was the incredible hospitality of the entire staff, from the valet team to housekeeping. I highly recommend Fioreze and will absolutely be returning.

Minha hospedagem no Hotel Fioreze Centro foi excelente do início ao fim. Desde a chegada, fui recebida com extrema gentileza. Todos os funcionários, sem exceção, são atenciosos, educados e genuinamente interessados no bem-estar do hóspede. O atendimento é impecável e lembra o padrão Disney, em que cada detalhe demonstra cuidado e carinho. O quarto estava muito limpo e perfumado, com mimos de boas-vindas, chocolates e um cartão delicado. A limpeza é feita diariamente com capricho. O café da manhã é excelente: variado, saboroso e preparado com evidente dedicação. Outro diferencial é a disponibilidade constante de água, café, snacks e chocolate quente — um gesto simples que faz toda a diferença. O hotel é aconchegante e confortável. Não é luxuoso, mas transmite acolhimento e charme. A localização é excelente, próxima ao centro e aos principais pontos da cidade. Como sugestão, apenas dois pequenos ajustes poderiam tornar a estadia ainda melhor: disponibilizar duas toalhas de banho por pessoa e uma segunda touca de banho nos quartos duplos. Também seria interessante investir um pouco mais na qualidade e variedade dos amenities, especialmente o sabonete em barra. Esses detalhes não diminuem, em nada, a experiência maravilhosa que vivi. Saio do Hotel Fioreze Centro com a sensação de ter sido acolhida com afeto, cuidado e profissionalismo. Um lugar onde a hospitalidade é mais do que serviço — é um gesto de gentileza constante.
