Great location, but...

Pros: Location is perfect. Nothing else to say about it. Hotel looks quite new as well. Friendly staff. Cons: Could hear everything happening in the rooms above and beside mine like baby crying, people walking, street noises... Breakfast was ok, but as it is Gramado I was expecting it to be better. One day they ran out of scrambled eggs and coffee in the buffet without noticing.

O banheiro estava com a limpeza bem comprometida, como se vê nas fotos, as toalhas encardidas e visivelmente desgastadas, o banheiro não tinha tranca, colchão duro e café da manhã somplorio e as coisas não eram muito frescas, a tapioca estava em falta. Quiseram me cobrar mais de R$ 70 reais de taxa além do que já paguei quando fiz a reserva, questionei e diminuía para R$ 34 e fiquei surpresa pois cobraram taxa de garagem sendo que sequer eh um estacionamento terceirizado ou seja uma tentativa de embutir valores a qualquer custo, não pretendo voltar e as
