Lugar tranquilo e bem localizado, com estacionamento incluso, café da manhã bem servido e ambiente agradável. O banheiro tem piso aquecido e o apartamento é equipamento com ar condicionado e ar quente (calefação). Possui TV a Cabo, frigobar e o apartamento tem um ótimo espaço de circulação. Fiquei na unidade 213, no geral gostei bastante.

Aparentemente o hotel não condiz com a nota no site. As instalações não são boas, me pareceram muito antigas. O quarto dá sinais de decadência. O café da manhã me pareceu que tudo era requentado. Contudo, pelo preço que cobra, penso que está correto. Não tem como exigir muito pelo preço cobrado. Mas por ser Gramado, a gente sempre espera um atendimento bom e boa comida e boas instalações, o que definitivamente não é o caso.
