Nunca dormi num hotel tão barulhento. Antes de 6 da manhã escutava cadeiras arrastando e barulhos no andar de baixo (ficamos no 2o andar então imagino que era perto da cozinha?) Alem disso escutávamos barulho da rua bem alto. Dormimos todos muito mal. O hotel é bonito e os quartos também (apesar de serem muito pequenos). O staff gentil e prestativo. Café da manhã bom. Pelo problema do barulho não voltaria a ficar lá.

Confesso que pelas fotos esperava mais do hotel. O quarto é bom, a cama era boa, mas não era aquela cama maravilhosa de hotel que se espera de um hotel desse porte. O café da manhã tem muitas opções mas todo santo dia é exatamente a mesma coisa, no terceiro dia já está bem enjoativo. Agora algo que me chocou foi que o hotel não tem estacionamento incluído e eles cobram 45 reais por dia para parar seu carro num estacionamento! Deveriam avisar isso antes! Pontos muito positivos foram a limpeza, pois o hotel é extremamente limpo e cheiroso, a equipe da limpeza está de parabéns! Os lençóis e os corredores, tudo muito cheiroso! E o outro ponto positivo é a equipe do hotel em geral! Todos muito simpáticos e cordiais!

Bom hotel, com algumas ressalvas que podem ser melhoradas. Presenciamos, falta de preparo de alguns funcionários, para lidar com os hóspedes. Poderiam ser mais prestativos e cordiais, especialmente na equipe que organizava o buffet do café da manhã. Ainda relativo ao café da manhã, o hotel deixou a desejar. Poderiam ser ofertados pães integrais. Os disponíveis eram ofertado a apenas em sanduíches prontos. Alguns dos bolos estavam secos e os pães franceses murchos. O café passado estava frio. A sala do café é ampla e agradável. Em uma das oportunidades tivemos que aguardar por nosso carro, no saguao, por mais de 20 minutos. Apenas 1 funcionário trabalhando, no horário de pico e com hotel cheio. Tivemos que trocar de quarto porque o ar condicionado do nosso quarto estava quebrado. Pedimos na recepçãopara que fosse olhado quando saímos do hotel durante o dia, mas a equipe não deu retorno para nós.Chegamos tarde, crianças dormindo, tivemos que arrumar todas as malas e ir para o outro quarto.Muito desagradável. Minha esposa usou o banheiro do hotel, na recepção. O trinco estava solto. Alertou na recepção sobre o risco de uma criança ficar presa pelo lado dentro. Não retornaríamos ao mesmo hotel.

Após horas o apto teve que ser trocado: ai a temp aumentou (mas quem comanda é uma central do hotel, o comando individual é “fake”. Desagradável e recepção demora a resolver… único ponto ruim do hotel - principalmente tratando-se do frio na ocasião…

As instalações são ótimas, mas estivemos em período de obras na área da piscinas, o que impediu o uso de todos os recursos. Afora isto, ficamos na torre A, no 4 andar, ocorre que o salão do café da manhã, que fica no térreo é embaixo dos quartos e as cadeiras do salão são muito pesadas e quando arrastadas no chão, fazem barulho que se escuta até o quarto andar. Percebi que já forraram os pés das cadeiras, mas não resolveu. Sendo assim, visto que o café inicia cedo, o barulho de cadeiras arrastadas se estende até as 11:00 horas, dificultando o sono dos hóspedes.

Um dos melhores custo-benefício de hotéis de Gramado. Os quartos são bem amplos e limpos, o café da manhã é bem completo e a localização é muito boa. De ponto negativo, apenas nosso chuveiro ficava oscilando a temperatura, então tínhamos que ficar regulando ela. E, por fim, nós ficamos em um quarto no segundo andar e de manhã se escutava o som das cadeiras do café da manhã serem arrastadas. Mas apesar disso, é um ótimo Hotel.
