Excelente local. Quase tudo perfeito, com exceção do bar, pois fomos almoçar neste ambiente, devido o restaurante estar fechado, me apresentaram o prato do dia. Solicitei este e um suco de abacaxi... Trinta minutos após, retornaram informando que o prato do dia e o suco, não havia mais. Me levantei com minha esposa, e fomos almoçar noutro lugar.

Ótima estadia.

No geral tivemos uma ótima estadia no Exclusive, o quarto e banheiro eram bem confortáveis, assim como as instalações do hotel. A única coisa que nos incomodou um pouco era o calor no restaurante onde era servido o café da manhã. Mas no geral é um excelente Hotel.

Colchões precisam ser trocados

O hotel é bem organizado… a limpeza é boa tbm. O atendimento é o destaque. O serviço de concierge é um diferencial e a cozinha através do Chef Artur é primorosa. O que deixa a desejar na acomodação é o colchão que já precisa ser trocado. O colchão afunda com o deitar e fica uma concha, parece uma casca de ovo, causando desconforto e noites péssimas.

Hotel bonito mas com estrutura pequena

O hotel em si é muito bom...no entanto fica muito cheio e a estrutira nao comporta. Piscinas cheias, cafe da manha com fila para entrar, local bagunçado e com sujeira. Mesas do cafe da manha apertadas. No quarto o local para a minha dormir era um sofa cama bem ruim.

O café da manhã é excepcional A localizacao também é boa, principalmente se considerar que o hotel em gramado serve para ponto de apoio para os passeios O serviço de quarto é muito bom. Preços acessíveis em seu cardápio. Destoa mesmo só o valor da agua do frigobar é algo que precisa ser revisto, mesmo sendo num valor próximo aos restaurantes água é necessidade fisiologica e cobrar 9 reais por 350 ml nao faz sentido para o bem estar do hospede No mais, so agradecer
