Pontos Positivos: Cama confortável, local bem limpo e com chocolate quente o dia todo. Café da manhã impecável, excelente. Tem estacionamento e é ok, porém, é pago a parte e ainda é caro. Pontos Negativos: -Ausência de calefação: Não há sistema de aquecimento por calefação, o que torna todos os ambientes extremamente frios. Isso gera grande desconforto: ao entrar no quarto, o ambiente está gelado; durante a madrugada, o banheiro é ainda pior, com chão e vaso sanitário muito frios, tornando a experiência desagradável. -Sistema de acesso ao quarto: Outro ponto negativo é a porta, que não utiliza cartão magnético, mas sim senha. Isso obriga o hóspede a memorizar ou anotar a senha no celular para conseguir entrar. Diferente de outros hotéis, onde basta passar o cartão já em mãos, aqui é necessário parar na porta e digitar a senha, o que é pouco prático e bastante incômodo. -Portas com aberturas inferiores(Quase 2 dedos de altura de abertura): As portas possuem uma abertura muito grande na parte inferior, o que gera insegurança. Essa falha permite a entrada de insetos, pequenos animais ou até mesmo facilita a ação de intrusos. Além disso, o isolamento acústico é inexistente: todos os sons passam livremente, tanto de dentro para fora quanto de fora para dentro do quarto. O problema também afeta o conforto térmico, já que o frio entra e o calor escapa, deixando o quarto ainda mais gelado.

Café da manhã mais bonito do que gostoso. Demoraram uns 15 minutos para repor o leite. Cama confortável. Fiquei na suíte Bombom, a acústica não é boa. Foi uma experiência bacana pois fui com minha filha, mas não repito o hotel. Também a interação no café deixou a desejar. Poderia ter assistência de um gerente bem qualificado para reparar pequenos detalhes como repor o leite no café da manhã, sendo um ingrediente fundamental. Não tinha máquina de café.

O hotel precisa de manutenção e uma estrutura melhor pelo preço que cobram. Nosso quarto estava com um cheiro terrível, chuveiro não aquecia adequadamente. A área da piscina muito pequena, a água estava turva, as jacuzzis estavam frias. Achei q o café da manhã salvaria a diária, mas foi outra decepção, tudo sem sabor. Tem uma torre de chocate, mas de qualidade duvidosa. Enfim, por esse valor tem outras opções muito melhores. Em gramado.

Um bom hotel, a equipe do hotel super cordiais, tanto na recepção como na limpeza, esperava um pouco mais do hotel achei um pouco pobre na questão dos quartos não tinha tomadas no banheiro funcionando e também achei pobre a recreação.
