Hotel lindo e confortável

Um dos melhores hotéis em Gramado, não fica no centro, porém fica a 7 min de carro e oferece transfer até o Centro e Canela. Café da manhã bem caprichado com opcões de omeletes e tapiocas feitas na hora. Quarto amplo e bem confortavel. Tudo limpo, cheiroso e equipe educada. Piscina aquecida maravilhosa. Único ponto negativo é que como o hotel é muito grande e dividido em vários blocos, quando você sai da piscina, até chegar no seu bloco, você vai passar muito frio e ter que ir pelo subsolo.

Hotel muito bom. Estrutura muito boa. Tudo novo! Para quem vai com filhos tem brinquedoteca com monitores, porém de domingo a tarde até terça-feira pela manhã não tem monitores.

ótima estadia

Nossa estadia foi ótima! Quarto muito confortável, café da manhã maravilhoso com muita variedade, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Apenas alguns pontos que podem ser melhorados: não acho de bom tom cobrar estacionamento diário dos hóspedes, sendo que o mesmo é do próprio hotel. O espaço kids poderia ser um pouco mais atrativo para crianças entre 6-9 anos, bem como ter mais mesas de jogos pelo tamanho e quantidade de hóspedes. As piscinas aquecidas são extremamente quentes, se tornando um pouco desagradável ficar por mais de 10-15 min pela temperatura muito alta da água, até mesmo meu filho não aguentava muito tempo.

Um grande hotel mas pecam nos detalhes

Hotel bem localizado com estacionamento próprio (pago). Quarto aconchegante e aquecido. Os colchões poderiam ser melhores, principalmente o auxiliar da sala. Piscina aquecida bem bacana com suporte de toalha e roupão. Café da manhã bacana, bem completo. 2 Pontos negativos. Em dias de chuva e frio as pessoas transitam até os restaurantes e piscina pela garagem, junto aos carros, pois pelo térreo é descoberto. Tive uma experiência bem ruim no pedido delivery. Esperamos por quase 2 horas um lanche e um prato kids. Tive que sair do hotel as 23:30hs para comer na rua.

Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room .
