We love this place. We stayed there every year. Amazing hotel and spa. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is polite and always helpful. The Spa is awesome. The food is good not great. I love the breakfast but the dinner menu needs to get better.

The hotel is undeniably beautiful, but there are a few caveats. Cons: Hotel is huge! From our room to the front desk (where the valet, restaurant, and pool are), it was about a 15-minute walk. They did tell us at the end of our stay you could request a golf cart to come pick you up, but by the time they would actually get there and take you back, I would assume it would take just as long. It is not just the one building; there are, I believe, 9 buildings. - There are also no mosquito/window screens in the rooms, so there were some mosquitoes/flies in the room. - The pool is quite nice, but there are lots of children! - To use the hot tubs, you need to schedule a time, which no one told us, so by the time we found out, it was all booked until the end of our stay. Pros: Breakfast is really good, lots of options (omelets, tapiocas, eggs, cheeses, breads, meats...). - Beds are really comfy, and rooms are very spacious. - Front desk staff and valet are very nice and helpful.

We love this hotel, my second time staying with friends and family. Everyone is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. Great pool and Spa service. The restaurant is good but not great. I just wish they had a better menu for lunch and dinner. The breakfast is always great.

Quando cheguei encontrei o quarto limpo, porém no dia seguinte quando vieram limpar acho que não foi passado uma vassoura no chão pois tinha muita sujeira, café da manhã precisa de mais atenção, várias vezes não tinha talheres ou não tinha prato ou não tinha xícaras, mas tinha muita gente também pra tomar café naquele momento.. comida maravilhosa, buffet completo e com espumante! Área kids sensacional com muita atividade e criatividade! Piscinas excelente, muito limpa e aquecida! Ótima localização! Sugestão: poderia ter de cortesia um chá pra tomar entre as refeições... Cobrar R$7,00 por um sachê de chá achei um absurdo. . Mas. Hotel buona Vitta é muito bom mesmo com alguns detalhes que na minha opinião poderia ser diferente foi tudo maravilhoso, parabéns a todos envolvidos!!
