O hotel é excelente. A piscina aquecida é ótima, café da manhã é muito bom, com tapioca e bastante variedade, o item de melhoria no café é que poderia ter chocolate quente. A brinquedoteca é bem cuidada e academia é boa para hotel. Os quartos são amplos e limpos. Super recomendo o hotel. Apenas um ponto que não gostei era o estacionamento não ser gratuito, era terceirizado e a diária custava 45 reais.

Foi o primeiro hotel que me hospedei em Gramado em 2022. De lá pra cá já fui 6 vezes em Gramado e 4 neste hotel. Os hotéis da rede Gramado Park são maravilhosos. Este em especial tem quartos com dois ambientes e super aconchegante. As dependências são bem cuidadas contando com copa para auxiliar famílias que tenham bebês. Café da manhã é maravilhoso, muito farto e saboroso e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. Única ressalva fica por conta do estacionamento terceirizado que cobram um valor alto pelo serviço prestado. O valor dobrou em 1 ano. Acho abusivo mas é o que tem.
