Excelente hotel. Instalações maravilhosas. Elevadores bons, bem cuidados. A ida até o bloco de apartamentos é muito fácil e arborizada. O quarto tem salinha e nos dois ambientes tem tv tela plana. Banheiro bem equipado com chuveiro forte e bons produtos de higiene. Colchão gostoso e uma infinidade de travesseiros (amei). Roupões à disposição. Ainda recebemos garrafinha de água: um mimo muito bem vindo e repleto de atendimento cordial. Café da manhã espetacular em um salão muito solar e com ótimo atendimento e limpeza. Estacionamento pago com valet. Hotel não fica no centrão de Gramado mas, sinceramente, vale muito ficar em um local de ótimo acesso e pertinho da Era do Fogo (experiência imperdível). Parabéns a equipe.

A localização do hotel é ótima O café da manhã é bem feito mas com pouca variedade, e servem bacon apenas nos fins de semana Os quartos tem problemas sérios com o ar condicionado. Houve uma noite que não funcionava e tive que pedir para trocar. Mas nos outros quartos (isso mesmo, não foi uma só tentativa, mas três) também não funcionou e fui obrigado a dormir de janela aberta. Quando finalmente me colocaram num quarto que o ar estava ok, dois dias depois voltou a dar problema. No inverno ninguém sente.. mas no verão como foi o caso foi muito ruim
