I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool.

A experiência no Hotel Bella Gramado foi sensacional. Fomos muito bem recebidos desde a chegada, todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos, atenciosos e educados. O quarto é aconchegante, mas o banheiro é um pouco pequeno. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com muitas opções, fondue com frutas, omelete, panqueca, tapioca. A piscina térmica é bem quentinha, um convite ao relaxamento e renovação. O hotel não é muito grande, então remete ao acolhimento, pois não há muitas distâncias a percorrer, além de tocar uma música agradável/animada nos jardins. Com certeza, voltaremos! Como sugestão, seria interessante ter uma quentuxa no térreo, para não precisar ir até o andar das piscinas abastecer a garrafa de água quente.
