Very confortable bed! The staff is very corteous and professional! The first impression could tell that we hit the nail! Marcos was very gracious and attentive !

Minha experiência no hotel foi razoável, porém alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. O quarto estava reservado para três pessoas, mas o kit de higiene disponibilizado não era suficiente para todos os hóspedes, o que demonstra falta de atenção aos detalhes básicos de acomodação. Além disso, a calefação do quarto não estava funcionando desde a chegada e só foi acionada após solicitação na recepção. Em dias frios, esse é um item essencial para o conforto dos hóspedes e deveria estar previamente preparado. Acredito que, com mais cuidado nesses aspectos, a experiência poderia ter sido muito mais agradável. Afinal me hospedo nesse hotel há muito tempo.

Tivemos uma infelicidade na nossa estadia em relação a chuveiro e calefação. O chuveiro parava de funcionar no decorrer do banho, por falta de água quente ou pressão, assim como na torneira da pia. A calefação não funcionou corretamente, fazendo barulho de água corrente bem alta durante toda a noite, tornando a noite difícil. Solicitamos o desligamento da calefação (não tinha botões na calefação), assim que desligaram, conseguimos dormir. Todavia fomos acordados novamente cedo de manhã quando a calefação foi ligada novamente. Acabamos não utilizando a piscina pela dificuldade de tomar banho no chuveiro.
