A very nice property with a upscale spa feeling. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was VERY nice. Staff was very friendly and service oriented even though we had a bit of a language barrier. They were very kind to us. The only thing that drove us crazy was the lights in the room would turn on during the night when it sensed any movement. The bed was very comfortable. The room quiet for sleeping. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. We used Uber at times as well with no issues. Great stay! Highly recommend!!

Esta é a terceira vez que nos hospedamos no hotel, me decepcionei nos colocaram em um quarto com cheiro de mofo, o quarto as madeiras, a cabeceiras estavam empoeirados, o café e é excepcional, a piscina tudo ok. Quanto ao atendimento dos funcionários Lovania e Vitor lamentável a postura deles, fiz comentários a respeito das condições do quarto e quando sai da recepção pelo espelho vi que eles estavam debochando do que havia comentado… lamentável .
