A very nice property with a upscale spa feeling. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was VERY nice. Staff was very friendly and service oriented even though we had a bit of a language barrier. They were very kind to us. The only thing that drove us crazy was the lights in the room would turn on during the night when it sensed any movement. The bed was very comfortable. The room quiet for sleeping. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. We used Uber at times as well with no issues. Great stay! Highly recommend!!

HOTEL EM REFORMA em plena época do Natal Luz! A recepcionista fez questão de nos colocar em um quarto ao lado de outro quarto em reforma!! Acordamos assustados com barulho de furadeira bem na cabeceira da nossa cama as 9h50 da manhã. Foi terrível! Interfonei na recepção e o rapaz confirmou que estava havendo reforma em 2 apartamentos. Eu pedi para trocar de quarto, ele não pediu desculpa em nenhum momento e disse que iria VERIFICAR A DISPONIBILIDADE. Ele disse que o outro quarto só iria liberar as 14h, porém quando eu meio-dia uma outra recepcionista interfonou super grossa e disse que PRECISÁVAMOS SAIR DO QUARTO pois ela iria fazer a limpeza para o próximo hóspede INOCENTE. Eu me recusei a sair do quarto até que o outro estivesse pronto para fazermos a troca. Sendo assim ela apressou as camareiras para limparem o outro quarto, e foi bater na porta do nosso quarto colocando pressão pra gente sair rápido!! Isso foi bem constrangedor. Eu não estava ali de favor, pegamos 3 diárias e essa foi a primeira. Eu não tinha obrigação nenhuma de sair do quarto meio-dia até porque o outro quarto ainda não estava pronto. O atendimento dela foi rude, não pediu desculpas e ficou de cara fechada. No checkout ela entregou a conta de outro apartamento com diversos consumos que não eram nossos! Totalmente perdidos. Atendentes confusos e mal educados.

O café da manhã foi o ponto alto da minha estadia no Bavária. Staff atencioso, resolveram um problema que tive com a fechadura do quarto. O hotel precisa de pequenos reparos, mas nada que tivesse tornado minha experiência menos satisfatória. É certamente um lugar que recomendaria aos meus amigos.
