“Very hot on upper floor but fans working”

“Everything was great and any problems were sorted very promptly. The spa had fewer facilities from before like the extra jaquizi shoots and full shoot fountain in water which now I believe u need to pay extra, apart from that great pool sauna and steam”

“The room was clean, and the staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly. I appreciated having breakfast offered. While the food was great, I found the coffee really disappointing. Having free parking with plenty of spaces available was a major draw, as was the air conditioning--there were a couple of really warm days while I stayed, it helped me to stay comfortable and sleep well. “Prior to booking, I would have liked to have been informed of the policy to not service rooms on a daily basis. I can understand the decision but can't accept it and I will not therefore be returning.”
