Nice hotel could do with a few minor changes

Hotel staff very friendly especially the receptionists. Nice clean hotel. A few things could make it better > 1. A cool swimming pool for those super hot days. 2. Breakfast in bed Service. 3. Sky Sports TV channels. 4. The open outside space next to the bar, I would use that space and put either an outdoor infinity swimming pool there or seating for a restaurant. Currently its wasted space and you should make good use of the lovely view instead of an almost empty seating area (just a suggestion) I would stay in this hotel again.

Immer wieder hervorragend!! Wir sind zum zweiten Mal jetzt hier gewesen und sicher nicht das letzte Mal!! Frühstück Spitze!! Sehr sehr Hundefreundlich!! Zimmer modernst eingerichtet- tolles Ambiente mit toller Bar!! Die Dachterrasse mit den beiden Whirlpools und der tollen Aussicht auf die Lagune ist der Hammer!! Sicher eines der Besten Hotels in Grado und das sagen wir nicht einfach so da wir schon über 20x in Grado waren und sehr viele Hotels dadurch kennengelernt haben!!

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel, direkt an der Lagune. Bett ist groß und sehr bequem. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Den Wellnessbereich konnten wir leider nicht besuchen. Hier sollte man sich überlegen die Öffnungszeiten des Schwimmbads anzupassen. Es wird im Winter erst um 10:00 geöffnet, da ist man schon unterwegs.

Das Hotel an sich hat mit seiner Renovierung eindeutig was geleistet! Hotel, Zimmer waren super gemütlich und sauber! Große Zimmer und Terasse mit Blick auf die Lagune war perfekt! Der Parkplatz welchen man wählen kann mit oder ohne Überdachung (preislich unterschiedlich) war auch super! Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Fahrräder an, womit man das ca 5 Minuten (zu Fuß) entfernte Zentrum erreichen kann! Das Hotel bietet außerdem noch Strandliegen Sonnenschirm gegen Aufpreis an, was auch super war! Alles in einem, war es ein super kurzurlaub und würde ich weiterempfehlen!

Freundlichkeit des Personals ( besonders Rebecca die immer gute Laune beim Frühstück verbreitet- geniale Frau !! Die Dachterasse mit den beiden Whirlpools und dem Weitblick in die Laguna ist einfach herrlich!! Die Ausstattung, die gemütliche Bar, das hervorragende Frühstück und vor allem grenzenlose hundefreundlichkeit ( der Hund darf sogar auf die Dachterrasse und zum Frühstück mitgenommen werden. Genial !! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Modern eingerichtetes, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel. Bequemes Bett mit zweierlei Kissen. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Äußerst freundliches Personal. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Eigenes Fahrrad kann eingestellt werden. Das Parken finde ich etwas überteuert. Man kann für nur 6€ pro Tag auch öffentlich in den blauen Zonen parken und wirkt ebenso sicher. Nur 5 Minuten fußläufig zum Strand und 10 Minuten zum Zentrum von Grado. Wunderschöner Blick auf die Lagune.

... das Hotel ist nach der Komplett Renovierung in einem Top Zustand (Funktionalität, Größe der Zimmer, Spa, Wellness, Dachpool). Größtes Manko sind leider die viel zu geringen hoteleigenen Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist Top, die Mitarbeiter auch, die Parkplatzsituation im Hotel schlicht und ergreifend schlecht.
