“Good stay, beautiful apartment ”

“We had a lovely stay and the staff were great. In the off season (early June) things seemed a bit sparse for our family time. We had hoped the “two playrooms” and outdoor activities advertised would be full of options for a getaway, but they were drab and had just a few options functional and required a small cost. “I stayed here for 7 nights and paid for an AC room, but the AC was not working from the second night. The room was extremely hot and suffocating, and the fan was ineffective. We could not sleep properly for multiple nights. What is unacceptable is that this was never informed to us in advance.
