Eski bir konak olmasına rağmen yapı ve odalar oldukça bakımlı, yeni ve temizdi. Sanırım yeni tadilat görmüş. Odanın temizliği de iyi ve oldukça geniş bir odaydi, biz 2 yetişkin 2 çocuklu aile olarak çok rahat ettik. Banyo ve duş bölümü yeterli ve temizdi. Bu açıdan içimiz rahattı. Bu tür mimari binalara ilginiz varsa kesinlikle ambiyansi çok hoşunuza gidecektir.
