정말 잘 쉬고 왔습니당

엄청 깨끗하고, 수건같은 비품들도 가득 채워주셔서 2박3일동안 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 뭐 여쭤봐도 친절하게 대응해주시고.. 정말 좋았어요! 나중에 또 출장가게 되면 묵게될 것 같습니다 :)

아주~ 추천해요....

우선 안내가 정확하고 친절합니다. 화장실 및 욕실 등 청결수준은 최상급 입니다. 출장시 가능하면 이곳을 찾구요. 특히 침구가 아주 청결하고 포근합니다. 전망도 경기장을 마주보고 있어서 좋구요.... 기타 캡슐커피나 기타 음료도 있구요..... 저는 다음에도 또 이용할 계획입니다~

그다지 만족스럽지 않음

필요한 것들은 세세하게 다 구비되어있기는 했지만, 수건에선 세제냄새가 진동하고, 컵에는 립스틱 자국 그대로 묻어있고, 무엇보다 방음이 하나도 안되서 불편했습니다. 지저분하지는 않지만 세제로 범벅해서 씻어놓은 느낌도 쾌적하진 않더군요. 그리고 연락했을 때 원래는 트윈침대 옵션이라서 슬라이딩 되는 간이침대가 있는 퀸사이즈 침대로 교체해주신다고 했는데, 막상 가보니 전혀 퀸사이즈가 아니었습니다. 차라리 바꿔주시겠다는 말을 하지를 마시던가, 오히려 기분이 나빠지는 서비스였습니다. 가격도 저렴하지많은 않은데다가 3성급은 아니고, 2성급 정도되는 것 같습니다.

킨텍스까지 정말 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 주변에 식사를 해결할 만한 곳이 많음. 객실 내부도 비교적 청결하고 잘 관리되어있음.

심신이 편안한 숙소

뷰도 좋았고 시설도 깨끗하니 만족했어요 간단히 음식 해먹을수 있게 조리기구, 양념도 준비되어 있었어요 목욕용품도 전부 구비되 있어서 별도의 준비없이 급작스런 상황에도 불편함 없이 이용 가능했어요 주차도 친절하게 안내해 주시고 귀찮은 문의에도 친절한 대답 정말 감사했습니다 다시 또 이용하겠습니다

깨끗하고 정리정돈이 잘되어 있고 이용하기 편하도록 명찰을 붙여 둔 관리인의 배려가 돋보인다. 숙소의 접근성은 공항에서 레지던스 바로 앞까지 공항버스가 다니고 같은 위치에 3호선 지하철 열 및 서울 각지로 나가는 직행버스가 있고 1시간 정도면 서울 중심가로 진출도 가능해 굳이 서울 안에서 묵을 필요는 없다. 숙소 주변으로도 음식점이 풍부해 식사도 걱정없다.

전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

전반적인 룸컨디션도 좋았고 사장님이 정말 친절하셨습니다. 요청드릴게 있어서 같은 내용의 통화를 두 번이나 했음에도 짜증 한 번 안 내시고 친절하게 답해주셨어요. 여자 셋이 머물고 특히 유난히 깔끔 떠는 사람이 있어서ㅋㅋㅋ 수건 사용량이 많거든요. 그런데 수건도 넉넉하게 채워져 있어서 오히려 남았습니다. 다만 에어컨 청소상태가 좀 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 리모컨 작동이 잘 안 돼서 침대 위로 올라가 에어컨 조작하다가 봤는데 먼지가 너무 심하게 끼어 있었어요. 호흡기가 약한 사람이나 아이들이 있다면 불편할 수 있겠다는 생각이 들었습니다. 저는 전반적으로 만족하고 편하게 쉬다 온 숙소라 다음에 또 일이 있어 이용을 한다면 이 곳을 다시 찾을 생각입니다.

아주 좋았어요 ㅎ

친구들 모두 다 만족스러웠다고 하구요. 지리적 위치도 마음에 들고 주차장도 넓어서 좋았어요. 깨끗하고 시설도 마음에 들었습니다. 특히 수건 너무 좋았고 화장실에 디퓨저 향도 좋았어요. 화장솜까지도 있는 세심한 배려 굿굿~

편리한 대중교통 접근과 구비가 잘 되어있는 취사물품

대화역과 굉장히 가까워서 외국인이 이용하기에도 편리한 곳이었고, 각종 취사물품과 세탁기, 특히 세탁세제까지도 구비되어 있던점이 단기 숙박객 보다는 장기숙박에 훨씬 큰 이점이 있다고 생각됩니다.

친절.깨끗.주방용품.간단한 조미료 등 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 유일한 단점은 수건에서 냄새가 많이 납니다. 수건 안 삶으면 나는 냄새? 땀냄새 비슷한 냄새요. 도저히 그냥 사용할 수 없어서 뜨거운 물로 세탁하고 피존으로 헹궈서 사용하니 냄새가 안 났습니다. 방음이 좀 안 됐구요. 그 두 가지 빼면 모든 게 좋았습니다. 조금 비싸긴 하지만 재방문 의사 있습니다.

깔끔하고 깨끗한 레지던스

주차장도 좁지만 나름 편했으며 체크인 과정도 간단하여 좋았습니다. 깔끔하고 따뜻하고 전체적으로 안락했습니다. 주방이 약간 좁기는 하지만 음식 해먹기에는 전혀 부족함이 없었습니다. 욕실도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

너무 너무 깨끗했구요~ 정말 강추예요. 킨텍스 일보러 갔다가 선택하게 되었는데 대만족입니다. 침대가 조금 딱딱했지만 그거 말고는 다른건 모두 퍼팩트!!! 드립니다. 잘 머물렀어요~ 감사합니다.

nice hotel near KINTEX

I stayed on night. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. Room was very cozy and clean. Everything is equipped such as flat TV, two single beds, dryer, cable TV, microwave, sink, dished, stove, air conditioner. I was fully satisfied with this hotel.
