J'ai réservé une chambre avec 4 lits simples, au lieu de cela, nous avons eu un grand lit et un canapé lit minuscule auquel il manquait des lattes. De plus la chambre était infestée de punaises.

Gradevole albergo nelle Langhe piemontesi a poca distanza dalla reggia sabauda di Govone, dal castello Alfieri di Magliano Alfieri e da Asti. Situato a poca distanza dall'autostrada, offre anche la sauna. Comodo il parcheggio proprio davanti all'albergo. Personale gentile con particolare menzione alla cura e disponibilità della signora Gabriella.

Das Hotel ist in einen guten Zusand, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Betten sind bequem und man schläft gut darin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wohl. Ich war vor Ort als es sehr warm war. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist super und kühlt den raum perfekt. Die Zimmer werden täglich sorgfältig gereinigt. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinen Aufenthalt und werde die Unterkunft wieder besuchen wenn ich in der nähe bin. Vielen dank

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per la SPA. Non era scritto da nessuna parte che era necessaria la prenotazione e che la SPA chiudeva alle 18:00. Quindi, abbiamo pagato di più per non avere questo servizio! Inoltre non si vede dalle foto, ma le locazioni non sono il massimo!

BENE MA NON BENISSIMO.

L' hotel è in una zona abbastanza isolata su una strada di passaggio, il parcheggio non è molto. La struttura è nuova, camere abbastanza grandi ma un pò asettiche. Il materasso e cuscini sono da voto 10. Personale molto attento, gentile e cordiale. La colazione nella media considerando il costo basso della camera. Punti di miglioramento : - Internet veramente pessimo (purtroppo non sarà colpa della proprietà ma nel 2020 non è accettabile avere 3 mb in download e 0,20 in upload ); - camere da personalizzare un pochino; - assenza bidet; - camere comunicanti per nulla isolate (io sentivo tutto quello che diceva il mio vicino ed essendo la camera anche vicino alla reception, sentivo anche chiunque entrasse. Bene isolate verso l' esterno (strada) ma da cambiare completamente le porte interne. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Ci tornerò chiedendo delle camere più isolate.

“Hotel” fuori da Alba ca. 10 minuti. Tutto molto minimalista , riservazione e contatti solo cia sms,. Camere pulitissime , con prodotti bagno, piccola colazione in camera con macchina caffè all’entrata. Posteggio a disposizione. È ubicato in zona commerciale , io ci sono ritornata già 4 volte.... prezzo onestissimo e tutto ok!!

La struttura è nuova. La camera é perfettamente funzionante, ordinata e pulita. L'Organizzazione impeccabile fornendo tutte le indicazioni per l'accessibilità alla struttura oltre che disponibile ad offrire su richiesta suggerimenti per la parte che riguarda la ristorazione. Oltretutto la zona, durante il nostro pernottamento, è risultata silenziosa e comunque molto vicina al centro di Alba.
