“We didn’t end up staying in the property. We arrived and it was dirty and smelled bad. The floors were so sticky and dirty. There were white spots on the living room curtains, the living room smelled like feet and I saw a bug crawling on the floor. Upstairs the same thing with the floor, quite frankly nothing felt clean. Downstairs there is a sliding/glass door that locks only by a tiny latch. The house is not fenced in and the neighborhood looked sketchy. I didn’t feel safe/comfortable having...

“One of the toilets would not flush and was leaking. We reached out yo the property owner and she said maintenance would come the next day and fix it. They never came, so 4 people had to share one toilet for three days. When we reached out to the property owner again about the toilet, we were told to get the plunger and unclog it ourselves. Very unprofessional. ”

“Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time.”

Nails were sticking out. Walls were marked. Smoke detectors were chirping. Outside lights were hanging off. Shingles are missing. The previous person was absolutely right. Their attention to detail is ridiculous. They are a “good enough” stay. Their customer service is AWFUL!! I’m positive they will respond...
