We had a lovely weekend in Göteborg. The hotel stay was great. Extremely friendly staff members specially Awet, Viktoria and Hamza. Due to our travel plan we had to checkout before the "breakfast time” but Hamza was so helpful that he made sure to organize a packed “breakfast packet” for us. The staff at the hotel are excellent !! Very helpful and polite. Unfortunately the room left a lot to be desired with the curtains being the wrong size for the window and the bathroom tap not working. In the day it was a little noisy due to renovations, but this will only serve to improve everything as the staff were really good!!

This is a run down hotel, but is being worked on when I was there. The worst part was after walking from the train station, I had to climb a flight of stairs, then go down several steps to get to reception. No a great thing to have to do with two heavy (for me) bags.

Incredible value, wonderful staff and breakfast!

Incredible value, super location!! Staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast buffet was amazing! I did not expect much for the price and was very pleasantly surprised at the wonderful included breakfast. Room basic but very comfortable. Beautiful trädgårdsförening and Heden very close by.

The hotel was under reconstruction and no one adviced, due to this a lot of steam around. They did not cleaned the room and when I went they said that I should have asked for this. But no one told us…. Tables and utensils in the breakfast room quite dirty.

About a ten minute walk from the Central Station. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable room and clean bathroom with good water pressure. Friendly and professional staff.

If your plan is to walk all day long through the city and get back to hotel to spend the night this place is the best option. I found the stuff very nice and respectful. Rooms are small but cozy and smartly organized. Plus the price of staying includes breakfast (I was very surprised by variety of food and drink options, also the food looked and tasted good).

Worst place ever!

Never ever again! Horrible bed! Breakfast is a joke! No service from receptionist! How can a hotel like this still exist? Please choose another hotel if you don’t want to get your vacation destroyed!

Fina rum men lite dålig service och frukost!

Fina rum och fräscht badrum, välstädat! Däremot lite dålig service vid frukosten där de också hade dålig kunskap kring matallergier. Saknade viss mat vid frukostbuffén. Pålägg som ostskivor var torkade när vi kom till frukosten. Men toppenbra läge med gångavstånd till tågstation.
