While the hotel is family friendly, it is very dated and our room was not cleaned very well. There were chunks of hair on the floor and in the shower. The front desk was not helpful. The gentleman at the bar was very friendly and polite. The location was great!

Pleasant welcome despite arriving in the early hours of the morning. Smiling staff. Loved the Santa's elf doors scattered in the hotel. A stone's throw from the central train station and within reasonable walking distance of the Haga district; sometimes even faster then taking the trame or the bus.

Clean, comfortable room. The walls were very thin, so could hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. The doors slammed very loud, and would shake the room. The beds were comfortable, so still managed to sleep well. The lobby area was nice and breakfast good. The hotel is very well located just next to the main train station. Parking was plentiful, but rather expensive (£50 for 2 night stay) Wouldn’t rush back, but would consider it if there’s a good deal when I’m next in Gothenburg
