Great stay. Very friendly staff. Room really nice. Breakfast was really convenient and had plenty of options to choose from. Really relaxed vibe in and around the hotel. Great transport links just outside property that take you directly into town. You won’t be disappointed and can’t wait to come back again.

Fint, men underbemannat

Hotellet i sig tyckte vi om. Fint med frÀscha rum, mysig miljö i lounge, bar och restaurang och personalen Àr vÀldigt tillmötesgÄende. Det Àr hundvÀnligt och hunden fick följa med i lounge och restaurang, vilket var toppen för oss med en hund som har svÄrt att bli lÀmnad ensam pÄ rummet. Men det stora problemet Àr att hotellet verkar vara stÀndigt underbemannat, sett till antalet gÀster. Vi bodde tre nÀtter och frukostarna var lika röriga alla dagar, stÀndigt slut pÄ koppar, glas, talkrikar och bestick. Vi Ät bÄde tidigare och senare och det var lika illa oavsett tid. Personalen hann inte med att duka ut och fylla pÄ. MÄnga tomma matfat som det dröjde innan det fylldes pÄ, och viss mat tog till och med helt slut, ett par timmar innan frukosten stÀngde. En middag gick det inte att Àta i restaurangen, och inte pga platsbrist, utan för att de var sÄ underbemannade att den stackars personalen inte hann med att laga och servera mat till fler gÀster. NÀsta kvÀll fick vi Àta, men det tog nÀstan en timme innan maten serverades. Servitrisen var dock toppen! Glad och supertrevlig och gjorde sitt bÀsta trots förutsÀttningarna. StÀdning fÄr man visst endast om man bestÀller det sjÀlv. Och jo, vi klarar oss utan bÀddning av sÀngar osv, men bor man tre nÀtter bör det vara en hygienfaktor att de tömmer sopkorgar och fyller pÄ toapapper Ätminstone en gÄng under vistelsen. SÄ sammantaget synd pÄ ett fint och frÀscht hotell att man inte planerar bemanning utifrÄn belÀggning pÄ hotellet.

Även frukosten Ă€r sĂ€mre. Det Ă€r dĂ„ligt pĂ„fyllt.fattas tallrikar, glas och dĂ„ligt med pĂ„fyllning av bröd. LĂ„nga köer skapas. Dere mÄ forbedre frokosten!

Frokosten var veldig skuffende. De fleste som jobbet i restauranten var unge og uerfarne. Betjeningen ble stÄende og prate med hverandre i stedet for Ä rydde bord og sÞrge for Ä fÄ nytt bestikk, rene glass osv pÄ plass igjen. En gjest knuste et glass og det tok lang tid fÞr dette ble ryddet opp i. Maten i seg selv var ok, men det var hele tiden mangel pÄ tallerkner, bestikk, kopper og glass. DÄrlig layout pÄ buffeten - alt for mange gjester i forhold til plassen, og det dannet seg kÞer foran kaffe/drikkeautomatene. KÞen kom blant annet av mangel pÄ kopper og glass, men ogsÄ plasseringen var veldig uheldig. Rommet var ok. Ikke noe spesielt, helt ok for prisen.
