Had an amazing stay and time at Jacy’z. I Would highly recommend it to anyone needing a break, didn’t even need to leave the hotel as it had everything. Taha at reception made the stay exceptional and honestly, I’m already looking to come back! Amazing service provided by Taha and Jacy’z would not be Jacy’z without him.

Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely stunning architecture on the exterior, interior design is something out of a movie - just exceptionally nice. Flawlessly clean, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, staff was beyond nice. AND it’s not that expensive. This is a 5 star level hotel for the price of a less than desirable hotel back in the states. Info indicates it may be walking distance to the main part of the city - it is not. But you can walk for 10 minutes and hop on the tram very easily. Overall an amazing experience.

What can I say.. This hotel certainly lives up to the Hype this drew me to book Jacy'z. Booked an overnight stay with use of spa. Decor is out of this world, facilities, great music in general areas. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Only stayed at the hotel for 1 night but I tried to experience majority of things going on. Part of my night included two hours in their pool club, access to steam room, sauna, heated pool(s), service on day beds. Although because it does get quite busy it's hard to get a day bed near the upstairs pool, but if you want quiet there is a fire room away from the pool which has an ample amount of day beds. Staying in the medium JQ room which is higher up in the building, great design, able to cast to TV, and connect to Bluetooth speaker, mini bar (prices weren't too bad). Bed was interesting, it was a little softer than I would like but that's down to personal preference. Didn't get to experience the JQ bar, I believe it's closed certain days of the week. Had dinner at the Gogogaga restaurant, wasn't really a fan of the food. The drinks were good. Drinks at the lobby bar was nice, background music and can play games with friends I definitely would stay again. I would like to try the large rooms, and try the Jacyz rooms (which are lower in the building so don't have much of a view but are cheaper)

Hotel is lovely, smells nice, rooms are clean with great views! Comfortable bedding, lovely spa access. Overall clean hotel! The only reasons why I gave it 4 stars; there was no water in the rooms, plenty of mini bar opens though… the hot breakfast options was ok, cold mostly, not much to choose from and were exactly the same. The steak with the spa lunch was cold too. Otherwise, great hotel, nice 20-25 min walk into central with all the shops, cafes and restaurants.
