Clean room and very comfy pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was very spacious and had lots to do, but the room was smaller than it looked online. The breakfast was fresh with average amount to choose from. Overall good and would go back again.

The rooms were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The spa was wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable — I only wish they offered treatments as well. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here!

Everything was great, staff are very kind and attentive. Bar staff however wanted to charge me for water but I got it free from the restaurant. Breakfast didn’t have many warm options. Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely stunning architecture on the exterior, interior design is something out of a movie - just exceptionally nice. Flawlessly clean, most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, staff was beyond nice. AND it’s not that expensive. This is a 5 star level hotel for the price of a less than desirable hotel back in the states. Info indicates it may be walking distance to the main part of the city - it is not. But you can walk for 10 minutes and hop on the tram very easily. Overall an amazing experience.

They claim to be a 5 star hotel but not even remotely close to a 5 star . ( except prices maybe) It resembles the vibe of Soho House just open to the public. The spa access is by time slots! 😳 the room has no phone ( an emergency??) no toiletries or amenities or even a leaflet in the room.... and the list could go on. Definitely not recommended.

Hotel is lovely, smells nice, rooms are clean with great views! Comfortable bedding, lovely spa access. Overall clean hotel! The only reasons why I gave it 4 stars; there was no water in the rooms, plenty of mini bar opens though… the hot breakfast options was ok, cold mostly, not much to choose from and were exactly the same. The steak with the spa lunch was cold too. Otherwise, great hotel, nice 20-25 min walk into central with all the shops, cafes and restaurants.

Check in was a bit disorganised, I'd written to ask for a twin room as it wasn't clear if it was possible on the booking and no one had responded ( although they did after I'd checked in) when I checked in I was told no problem, but the room wasn't ready. When we went back there wasn't a twin ro available and we had to down grade to a black room with no windows to get one, but didn't get a discount. You can use only use the pool area to wait if they aren't full with bookings, we went upstairs for dinner and told we couldn't stay for dinner as they were full. I just think once you book, they should send you a request list to book everythhig so you know.
