Vid check-in var hon väldigt disträ och multitaskade så jag kände mig inte riktigt sedd och välkomnad. I restaurangen på kvällen var de också stressade och lite kyliga. Frukostpersonalen, de som kom med fika till konferensrummet och hon som checkade ut mig var supertrevliga.

Amazing, charming hotell with a personal feeling perfectly situated in the heart of Gothenburg. Friendly, helpful staff, eye for details and the little things. (like «the speaking elevator.») Loved the breakfast and the lovely rooftop. The rooms were the prettiest I’ve seen in a long time. Hairdryer AND flattening iron! For three girls travelling this was lifesaving. Greatful that these kind of hotels still exists.
