Walk out the train station and you can see the hotel. Easy check in and friendly staff. Was a nice hotel for a one night stay on way to Copenhagen.

The staff was super and the breakfast was really good. Our main issue was air quality in our room. There was no way to remove humidity or get fresh air into the room. It was dank. Eventually we propped open the door to the room.

Great location directly across from train station. Close to downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Room was small and hotel felt a bit run down. Think we will stay else where next time.

Not the first time at the hotel and a in general satisfied. This time I got a room with a noisy ventilator outside so couldn’t open the window. The breakfast is delicious. Would come back.

Friendly service, a very nice room, plentiful breakfast, comfortable beds and a spa section as well. We can't ask for more. If any improvement could be made it would be to put some kind of anti slip mats or something down in the spa section, as the floor there is extremely slippery. Im sure we'll be back. This was our third stay at thos hotel for my daughter and I.

Room was very comfortable as was the bed. Breakfast was very good. Two issues: the bathroom floor was very, very slippery. I had to walk very gingerly for fear of falling. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. Each time I sat down it would shift suddenly. Not. A fun experiance.

Hello, I was removing a room tenant in the Opera Hotel from 02/07 to 08/07/2025. There were bad things in this room that were missing the air conditioner except cooling or the fan. For this reason, it was hot in the room, which forced me to open the window a little. Thus, the annoying sounds from the small trains prevented me from sleeping, and the second thing was that the bed hurts my back because of the poor quality of the bed, and the third thing was the glass door in the bathroom was short, which makes the water fly away.
