Greay hotel, fantastically located. Large hotel but personal touches. Has a wide variety of excellent options for breakfast. Rooms were larger than expected with high ceilings. Bathrooms were nice, although the soap dispensers were a bit useless. Used the spa and the pool which were really lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The staff at the hotel are great. Alexandra was really nice when checking me in and finding a room with a view. The hotel is perfectly located across the street from the Central Station. Rooms were tastefully decorated in the tower building.

Wow this hotel was excellent! Lovely historical and post office themed touches. Conveniently located outside the station and town. Lovely staff, nice lobby and bar. Breakfast was excellent. Spa was awesome. Rooftop pool however is 2hr slots and is kinda small. Would def stay here again and recommend. Family that came on the trip and stayed at other hotels was jealous.

Great location in Central Gothenburg. Enjoyed the historic building and city views. Walking distance to sightseeing destinations and shopping, and convenient street car stop right in front of hotel. Front desk staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Expansive breakfast bufffet gave us a great start every morning. Our only challenge was parking with very few (pay) spots on site available, but parking garage was relatively near by (10 minute walk) and we received Expedia VIP free parking perk. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay - the double bed room was clean and spacious. It was a beautiful city view. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was amazing - the buffet had everything and was 10/10 The spa was amazing - it costs extra but we had the whole facility to ourselves for 3 hours and went to the rooftop pool as well as sauna and steam room and it was all very well maintained.

I liked the bedroom and the excellent breakfast. Also the position right by the station. I didn’t like that the hotel charged extra to hotel guests for using the pool, the general toilets were always locked and needed a code - which is quite ridiculous - and the coffee/creamer in our room wasn’t replaced. Overall we liked the hotel, despite these niggles.

Excellent Breakfast. Many choices including hot and cold food and Swedish specialities. Definitely worth the price. Lovely staff, very helpful and patient, fluent in English. There is a very organised, self-service luggage storage that is free of charge. The window in my room is quite big but cannot be opened, so not great ventilation. The room is clean but given the price I'm paying, I'd say this is mostly expected.

The property was very nice and easy to locate as it was in the centre of town and easy access to transportation.
