The room was not very clean. Blood was left in the shower and twice cleaning cloths were left in our rooms. The fact the pool cost extra was ridiculous and came with restrictions on when children could use the pool. The booking system was ridiculous. Unacceptable Noise & Security Issue: My room was adjacent to a function area, and I endured high-volume music pumping through the walls until night. This lack of consideration for guest comfort is shocking. Worse, having to walk through a crowd of drunken party attendees to access my room felt deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional. The placement of guest rooms next to large, loud events is a major operational failure.
