I was incredibly impressed with my recent stay at your hotel. It truly exceeded all my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk away from the vibrant Shibuya nightlife and an amazing shopping experience. Being so close to the train station made exploring the city a breeze. The room itself was immaculate, combining modern elegance with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. Without a doubt, I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience—I can't wait to return!

良かったところ 宿泊施設はとても広くてゆったりできた。 周辺のアトラクション施設の充実っぷりが非常に良い。 ホタルを見に行きましたが、思った以上にたくさん居て娘の良い経験になりました。 ピーターラビットがコンセプトの部屋でしたが、かわいらしいお部屋で娘は大満足。 持ち帰りOKなウサギの人形もかわいらしくて良い。 悪かったところ 泊まったのは蒸し暑い日でしたが、エアコンが古めなせいか効き方が極端で部屋の中で寒い場所と暑い場所が発生。 備え付けの送風機がありますが、風量が強すぎて適温になるように調整するのは困難。 角度調整が楽なサーキュレーターがあれば快適だったと思う。

敷地内に見所遊び所食べ所が満載で、もっとゆっくり時間をとれたら良かったと思いました。 私は公共交通機関を使った旅だったので、駅とホテルを結ぶシャトルバスはありがたかったです。ただ、早朝に動くバスは無いのでタクシーを使わざるを得ず、結局お高くつきました。 時の栖ホテルの温泉の受付とロッカーがわかりにくかったので改善されるといいなと思います。
