Gave me a little sore throat and mild congestion because of the dust in the atmosphere of my bedroom but overall clean and neat environment. When stepping out of the room the smell of the furniture was be noticed as being a bit antique on the cheaper rooms. But regardless of that, everything was absolutely beautiful thank you! I liked longing on the couch down the stairs even took a nap. Really nice view outside and environment to be in.

No on-site staff but we had everything we needed and the common area was fantastic. Walls are a little thin (it’s a very old building) but most guests were very quiet. Less than 10 minutes from Sunapee ski area! Will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and our bathroom was amazing! You cannot have food in your room and there isn’t a tv or anything in there. I didn’t see any staff at the place. It wasn’t explained to me how to get into the place very well at all so it took us a few minutes to figure it out and we felt kind of foolish. It was fine if you just wanted a place to sleep for the night but we probably wouldn’t go back.

The building is beautifully decorated and spotless! When I got into the room it smelled amazing it was so comfortable and the decorations and bed spread were so cute! The electronic thermostat and noise maker were really nice touches and everything was just perfect. The attention to detail was spectacular. 10/10 would recommend to any one and would stay again

Overall the property was nice and room was perfect for what I needed. However I never received my check-in instructions and couldn't get anyone from the property to get into the building. Thankfully their outside service was helpful. Then when I got inside I didn't have a room key, again I called and left a message regarding my missing key, over a two night stay, I never heard from anyone. Thankfully I didn't have any issues with things getting stolen.
