“habitación muy pequeña. 3er piso sin ascensor. todo en la hab se caia, colgadores, puerta armario..... la puerta de la hab no podía cerrarse, estaba rota, lo avisamos y en 4 días no la arreglaron. No cambiaron las sabanas ningún dia, en la almohada seguían los pelos del dia anterior. Cuarto de baño sin bañera, solo ducha. NO es un hotel de 5 estrellas, quizás podría ser de 3. Al comentar todas las incidencias, su repuesta fue "por lo que habíamos pagado era lo que había".... nosotros pagamos el...
