The location of the hotel is excellent only about 5 minutes from Times Square.
The room was basic but clean. Spacious enough for 3 of us. There weren’t enough plug sockets that would hold a travel adapter plug so that was a problem. The AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off at night as I couldn’t sleep.
We had a nice stay.

Staff was rude. Not helpful. Didn’t follow up on requests.
Check in took half an hour at the counter only to get a bad view room.
I had a terrible view. Both windows looking straight at blue plastic covered scaffolding. Room 1008.
