The 0wner had asked motel users before they built a new block , what sort of features were important. The unit was fantastic and even had a heated bathroom floor....and best of all 3 3pin plugs in every area!!!

What we didnt like was the laundry facilities. Had 6 days of clothes and it didnt dry so had extra time to stay a bit longer in Gore. What we like was the space of the room, comfy chairs and bed, good shower pressure, had everything in the kitchen facilities.

A genuinely warm NZ welcome.

Sadly it was only an overnight stop but the welcome was warm and hosts very helpful. The unit was one the most spacious and best designed we have stayed in. We fully recommend the motel and the town of Gore - a really friendly place with some quirky shops and delicious food.
