Very relaxing resort

Wonderful stay. We wish we could have spent more time there. We hope to return. Set up is a little unusual because it is a Country Club with a few hotel rooms. Staff was very helpful in making us feel welcome.

Room was mostly clean, there rose petals from previous travelers still under bed. Sink got clogged and water was stagnant, we let the staff know but no one came to fix it, we just used the bathtub instead. The young lady in bar/restaurant area was very frie and helpful, she seems the only one there, no one working at desk in weekend. A bit disappointed bar and restaurant closed early like 8PM and 8:30PM, No microwave in room but young lady was nice and warmed up my food (I am on a strict diet for bodybuilding) kinda disappointed since no internet available and only cable TV. Horse ridding trail and body massage unavailable during our stay. But overall great location and beautiful views

This property was amazing. Super remote and beautiful. Far off the freeway so it’s quiet and peaceful. Bring food because there is nothing within 10miles. Found some good food at the gas station/restaurant believe it or not. It’s the closest thing to the resort. We expected the restaurant and bar to be closed but would love to return when they are open. The only negatives to report were that some bugs were inside the cabin(red ants*) a few spiders and the bunk bed was extremely wobbly and a bit uncomfortable. Every time someone would move it would sway back and forth, ready to collapse! No staff was available during our stay but they set us up pretty well to get to our place. All things considered we would return but wanted to report the good and bad.

It was very clean and beautiful and quiet. No other guests when we stayed. The bar tender was very kind and sweet. The only real dock on rating for us is that the food was hit or miss for the price and there were two locals in the bar at dinner that were super annoying and made our dinner experience very uncomfortable.

I really want to give our stay a 5 star review bc the place is beautiful with awesome pools and amenities however it is clear there is absolutely no one managing this place. The only staff present are a bartender and chef who comes in on the weekend. There was no one to help us check in and nothing was labeled to know where we were staying. Our cabin was really nice with great views. However, there were ants in our cabin’s bunk room that covered my clothes in the morning. The stairs leading down to the hiking trail are unsafe and unkept and the main trail is overgrown. The smaller hiking trail was great and mowed. The multiple pools were awesome and well maintained so if you just want a nice place to stay with a great pool this is it. The pickleball court was really nice. But the other amenities it was hit or miss if they were maintained or working. For example, game room great but ac not working, stables closed and sauna, hot tub, and hydro pool not working. If they want to stay open they really need someone to come actively manage the facility.
