A fantastic place to stay. Very clean and comfortable with good secure parking. Meal options at the attached pub were great and the pub itself had a very good community atmosphere.

Great comfy room and bed . We were downstairs 105 room super quiet and maintained a great temp barely used the heating in the cold mornings. Well equipped supplied 2 bottles water daily bikkies for our tea and milk . I always take my own pillow so can’t comment but they felt a bit hard (just my personal taste ) Room was quiet recently renovated and secure definitely would stay again . Parking excellent and secure .

Lovely quiet hotel right in the middle of the Main Street in Gundiwindi. The Royal Hotel bar and bistro next door are accessible from 40 on Marshall , the service and meals were great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent accommodation

Excellent amenities and importantly very quite even though it is next to the pub. Check-in is a bit hit and miss and depends on availability of the manager. This is an excellent choice of accommodation in town.

Wow. Super clean room, comfortable, quiet, and secure parking. This is attached to the Royal hotel and is a newish addition. The rooms are very quiet and when you open the window you notice how good the sound proofing is. Secure parking out the back and big enough spots for larger cars. As there was a RAM and 79 cruiser in there. Secure entry into the hotel with good choices for meals included options for smaller meals. Located in the main street and walking distance to pretty much all of town and hospital. The only negatives, no coffee machine (pods would be nice) microwave or laundry facilities (looked but didn't ask so I might have missed it) and these wouldn't be an issue if I had stayed one or two nights but was there for 8 nights. Looking forward to staying again. It really was an excellent stay.

Fresh, clean, appealing decor, comfortable king size bed, portion of drinking water/bottles provided. Only missed not having a swimming pool available plus a night light for the bathroom would be good as the fan comes on with a daylight white light for lighting. Would definitely choose to stay here again, however.

5/5 – Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Goondiwindi I recently stayed at this well-located accommodation in Goondiwindi and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and convenience it offered. The room was newly renovated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable – perfect for a restful stay. One of the standout features was the direct access to the restaurant and hotel bar right next door, which made meals and evening drinks incredibly convenient. Being situated on the main street meant everything in town was within easy walking distance. I also appreciated the secure parking available behind the premises, offering peace of mind for those travelling with a vehicle. Overall, a great option for a short stay in Goondiwindi – clean, comfortable, and central with everything you need close by.

Clean comfortable room, was offered a choice of one of two different floors for the room when I booked - the ground floor is directly adjacent to the pub next door, so may have some impact. Good sized room, bathroom, small kitchenette with microwave and fridge.
