Vacations Close To Goodwin Holocaust Museum and Education Center

Stay at hotel was ok. We went down to the bar for some drinks and food. The service was very poor. I felt like an inconvenience for being there. The prices on the menu were cheaper than what I was charged. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said she couldn’t fix and said it was an issue with corporate. I paid my bill and then our waitress was talking with the bartender about our bill. The bartender said that it could be changed. Our waitress never made it right. I mentioned it to the front desk in the morning and was told I would receive a refund. It’s been almost 4 weeks and I haven’t heard anything and still no refund. There are many hotels in the area so I would choose a different place in the future.

The parking is a embarrassment to the hotel industry. It a cash grab; taking advantage of hard working Americans. You cannot trust gas companies or parking at hotels.

No hot water the first night could not connect to the wifi on the tv during the stay
