The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the mountain. Only down fall was there was no microwave in the room and the steep deposit of 100 per night

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. The wifi is not in good service

I booked through Expedia. When I signed on through the Mgm website to look at my reservation and check in, I was offered an upgrade and a certain amount charged per night for this upgrade, when I checked out, i was told the nightly rate was over 250 a night and because I booked through third party expedia I couldn’t see real price and they couldn’t do anything about it. Service was terrible when I called front desk the lady made me feel like I was lying about what I saw online and if I had proof to confirm the real price I thought I would be charged. The room was subpar. Not as great as the pictures, not really a studio. Not worth the price. Bathroom toilet was old and was missing the hinge covers. Loved this casino but not the stay when I am a local and was trying to have my friends from out of town have a great experience. My mgm parking rewards never worked when I tried to use it.
