“After they confirmed our reservation for four weeks, at the last moment, a day before our arrival, they cancelled saying they are full. They are not reliable nor credible. Their idea of a reservation is to cancel at their whim. With this breach of trust, we would advise anybody to reconsider "making a reservation."”
